                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A
                   CONTRACT WITH R-W CONTRACTORS, INC. IN AN
                   AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED FORTY-TWO THOUSAND AND
                   NO/100 DOLLARS ($42,000.00) RELATIVE TO THE
                   DESIGN OF PHASE II OF THE OVERFLOW ALARMS
                   WITH OVERFLOW MONITORS AT EIGHTEEN (18)

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       execution of a Contract with R-W Contractors, Inc. in an amount
       not to exceed $42,000.00 relative to the design of Phase II of 
the
       overflow alarms with overflow monitors at 18 sites.
